Shed those extra kilos:

Why go fat, fat with those sympathies, soft corners, concerns and care…. It just makes you fat and invites trouble, does not do any good. Instead work out a daily regime, a rather strict regime to shed those fats. The best prescribed exercise is to develop the attitude “who the hell cares”.

As everyone is aware of this fact in this modern era, this exercise will bring good only if this is practiced ritually, every day, every moment. Go out with the chin up and say “who the hell cares (W-T-H-C)”.

These accumulated fats are too dangerous for a peaceful living. Few of these accumulations have been briefed below:

Sympathy: Quite harmful. Do not expect it from others or do not give it to anyone. Everyone in this world is smart enough to find their way and if someone is not, then he or she is not fit for this era. Most of us smart enough (though majority is street smart), to be able to do or achieve what has been the personal interest. Be it at office or family or friends. If you look back and analyse a situation, where you have shown sympathy or received it – take a moment and undo the scene. I am sure that there would have been other avenues. So do not bite onto this dangerous food. Be pro-active and say “W-T-H-C” with the chin up and remain slender.

Next on list: Soft Corner: Why on earth? Sympathy – the first culprit is directly associated with this. Do I have to explain any further? Let me detail out the side effects of soft corner. One who gets used to this would develop a habit of using that extra muscle power all the time. Be it office or the house or the market or the road, anywhere and everywhere, he becomes the culprit or prey for those street smarties. Everyone, out there are opportunists, just waiting for an opportunity to feed on to someone who has these extra fat. Everyone is mentally programmed to prey on the weaker and a person with these accumulations is in much vulnerable position.

You are at railway station and you are in a queue for buying out ticket. The line is so long and you start wondering whether you will ever get your turn. The line keeps moving at snail’s pace, you cannot do anything about it but to wait. You keep waiting and moving and you are almost at the counter, there comes a person requesting you to buy ticket for him, that the train is about to leave or already moving, etc,. I would say he is street smart and such people are to be honored. How on earth you have so much time to stand in a queue and still help people buy out tickets. He has saved so much time and you have invested so much time. Today, time is money or everything is money. Tell me one thing that is not money. Is there a thing?

Concerns: For what? This era, demands one to be smart enough not to have any concern other than your own. You might have faced this situation where you are standing in a signal with red light, but the guy from back keeps honking at you….you have no clue whether to break the rule and give him the way or jump the signal and make your move or start education him (most dangerous – you are already a unhealthy fat fellow and you may lose out with physical damages) or just ignore him. I would appreciate that guy, he is real (literally) street smart. He does not have any concern for the rules nor for other and you. He is fit for this era as his concern is only of his well being, he just want to go ahead and red light on a post so high cannot stop him, but you are – physically in front of him – stopping him. That is why he is honking at you.

Care: Everyone wants this and no-one ready to give it. This element is something about which you need to be careful about. This is required at various level of concentration and for example you may expect and also you may give more care towards family. This is healthy. But watch out, as they say “too much is too bad” goes for anything of course. But again also depends on the amount of care. Your friends may require little care from you give you back the same way. Your work life may call for just a fraction without you getting anything out. You may give and expect probably 1/10th with your neighbours and on a social context. But just be watchful. The moment there is an accumulation of fat or even better before accumulation, start exercising - W-T-H-C.

The biggest culprit without a satisfactory cure: Accommodating: Have you ever wondered how this world clings on to you the moment there is message (of course an indirect one) that you are accommodative. Take it from me that if you have this, you are done for life. You better be a slave. May be you may prosper in life as a slave. This is the simplest way to tell the world that you are un-fit for this era. You are there to take orders from others and act accordingly. Remedies for this are very rare and it is genetically acquired problem. Rarely W-T-H-C has shown some results but this is not a sure shot. Nothing wrong in trying and you may get cured. If not, then as I suggested, there is ample opportunity in life to prosper as a slave in this corporate world.

Few more collective fat accumulations (which are lethal when co-exists): self respect, principles, ethics, and values: Common dear, you are straight away to be sent at least 150 years back. Yes I mean, you better don not practice W-T-H-C, best way to end life. Just keep enjoying while you are in this era. There is no good from any of these. In isolation, all these are required in right proportion but not all of them together. If you are not street smart, you have no right to witness this era and with the lethal combination of all these, you are deceased up to neck. Better way is to just be what you are (does not matter how fat you are) and count your days. Sounds too pricky? Am sorry, I do not have soft corner. I am considering myself to be street smart. (Am I?) I know the answer, of course, but I have worked out the regime and let me see how religiously I will stick to it and succeede.

  1. W-T-H-C who the hell cares is truly inspiring! We realize how much more important it is to shed THESE extra kilos compared to the actual weighty issues. W-T-C-H for me has become W-T-F-C its more impactful somehow!! I keep asking which era this is... Here is the answer.. welcome to the W-T-F-C era! You either work out this regime or be an alien...
